Mai is a North American wolf who came to us from Dartmoor Wildlife Park. She didn't get off to a very auspicious start as, like her sister, her mother didn't give her much attention (which wasn't helped by the unseasonably wet weather and the fact it was her first litter). Mai's father, Zac, was also the grandfather of Torak.

She's currently the alpha of the females and makes sure the others know it! Mai is easily identifiable by her four black paws; her sister has two white forepaws.

Mai, pronounced "My", means "Coyote" in the Navajo language.
