Children's Events

Many special events take place at the wolf centre during the school holidays and more are added throughout the year. Remember if you are a junior member you receive a free place on one of the children’s day walks and 10% off any other children’s events organised by the UKWCT throughout the year.

Children's wolf walk
Join our wolves for a special children's walk. £12 per person, ages 6 and up.
1st & 4th June, 11AM to 1PM.

Wolf walk and Easter egg hunt
Have you ever wondered what wolves love to do at Easter? Well, they enjoy hunting for eggs! Come for a walk with the wolves and then go on a human and wolf egg hunt adventure, the wolves love it and so will you! £14 per person, ages 6 and up.
6th April  11AM to 1PM.

Children's wolf keeper day
Come dressed to get mucky and see what the wolves and their keepers get up to during the day. Take over the job of Wolf Keeper looking after the wolves. Don't be fooled - it's hard work but lots of fun! £25 per child, ages 10 and up.
8th April & 3rd June, 10AM to 3PM.

Creative writing workshop with Michelle Paver
Find out how Michelle researches her work. She will also guide you through writing a short piece of your own and finish the day by reviewing some of the work. Michelle will also be signing her latest book, Ghost Hunter, final book in the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness series. Book early as this event is very popular! Ages 8 and up, £10 per person.
14th April, 1PM to 5PM.
